Seamless glitter border in blue and cyan on a transparent background

Glitter dust overlay on a transparent ground, format 2:1, 4096 × 2048 pixels, 8.4 megapixels. 3296 individual dust grains — stars, snowflakes, triangles and shards — form a glitter border along the edges, fading inward. Some grains cross the sheet edge and are clipped there. Their diameters range from 1.4 to 44.2 per mille of the short edge, half of them below 29.6 — fine dust with a few coarser grains among it, no large individual pieces. The colours are blue, cyan. 1456 grains (44 per cent) are near white, every grain carries a metallic gradient, 343 have a soft halo, 424 a light cross. The tile wraps on all four sides and repeats seamlessly. Pure vector, no filters and no embedded pixels; the ground is transparent throughout.
