Seamless glitter border of stars and bats on a transparent background

Glitter dust overlay on a transparent ground, format 4:3, 4096 × 3072 pixels, 12.6 megapixels. 4227 individual dust grains — stars, bats and confetti — form a glitter border along the edges, fading inward. Some grains cross the sheet edge and are clipped there. Their diameters range from 3.0 to 30.2 per mille of the short edge, half of them below 18.3 — fine dust with a few coarser grains among it, no large individual pieces. The colours are blue, cyan. 1685 grains (40 per cent) are near white, every grain carries a metallic gradient, 2182 have a soft halo, 1051 a light cross. The tile wraps on all four sides and repeats seamlessly. Pure vector, no filters and no embedded pixels; the ground is transparent throughout.
