Seamless glitter border of stars and rings on a transparent background

Glitter dust overlay on a transparent ground, format 2:3, 2731 × 4096 pixels, 11.2 megapixels. 1047 individual dust grains — stars and rings — form a glitter border along the edges, fading inward. Some grains cross the sheet edge and are clipped there. Their diameters range from 1.7 to 11.3 per mille of the short edge, half of them below 7.2 — fine dust with a few coarser grains among it, no large individual pieces. The colours are amber, grey. 100 grains (10 per cent) are near white, every grain carries a metallic gradient, 377 have a soft halo, 267 a light cross. The tile wraps on all four sides and repeats seamlessly. Pure vector, no filters and no embedded pixels; the ground is transparent throughout.
