Seamless star trail in pale blue on a transparent background

Glitter dust overlay on a transparent ground, format 4:3, 4096 × 3072 pixels, 12.6 megapixels. 1084 individual dust grains — christmas trees and triangles — form a star trail with a dense head and a fading tail. Some grains cross the sheet edge and are clipped there. Their diameters range from 1.4 to 29.4 per mille of the short edge, half of them below 23.5 — fine dust with a few coarser grains among it, no large individual pieces. The colours are pale blue, light grey, white. 151 grains (14 per cent) are near white, 494 have a soft halo, 161 a light cross. The tile wraps on all four sides and repeats seamlessly. Pure vector, no filters and no embedded pixels; the ground is transparent throughout.
