Seamless rising glitter in amber and green on a transparent background

Glitter dust overlay on a transparent ground, format 16:9, 4096 × 2304 pixels, 9.4 megapixels. 4256 individual dust grains — stars, droplets, baubles and balloons — rise from below and are densest at the bottom. Some grains cross the sheet edge and are clipped there. Their diameters range from 3.6 to 28.1 per mille of the short edge, half of them below 16.0 — fine dust with a few coarser grains among it, no large individual pieces. The colours are amber, green, red, blue. 399 grains (9 per cent) are near white, every grain carries a metallic gradient, 1522 have a soft halo, 871 a light cross. The tile wraps on all four sides and repeats seamlessly. Pure vector, no filters and no embedded pixels; the ground is transparent throughout.
