Seamless glitter frame on a transparent background

Glitter dust overlay on a transparent ground, format 9:16, 2304 × 4096 pixels, 9.4 megapixels. 7245 individual dust grains — stars, pumpkins and leaves — sit on a rectangular frame line. Some grains cross the sheet edge and are clipped there. Their diameters range from 0.6 to 13.9 per mille of the short edge, half of them below 3.2 — fine dust with a few coarser grains among it, no large individual pieces. The colours are orange. 3269 grains (45 per cent) are near white, every grain carries a metallic gradient, 970 have a soft halo, 674 a light cross. The tile wraps on all four sides and repeats seamlessly. Pure vector, no filters and no embedded pixels; the ground is transparent throughout.
