Seamless glitter border in pale blue on a transparent background

Glitter dust overlay on a transparent ground, format 16:9, 4096 × 2304 pixels, 9.4 megapixels. 7604 individual dust grains — christmas trees, leaves and confetti — form a glitter border along the edges, fading inward. Some grains cross the sheet edge and are clipped there. Their diameters range from 2.6 to 42.4 per mille of the short edge, half of them below 12.7 — fine dust with a few coarser grains among it, no large individual pieces. The colours are pale blue, light grey, white. 1146 grains (15 per cent) are near white, every grain carries a metallic gradient, 469 have a soft halo, 1004 a light cross. The tile wraps on all four sides and repeats seamlessly. Pure vector, no filters and no embedded pixels; the ground is transparent throughout.
