Seamless glitter border in dark blue on a transparent background

Glitter dust overlay on a transparent ground, format 2:3, 2731 × 4096 pixels, 11.2 megapixels. 4498 individual dust grains — champagne coupes, christmas trees, bells and shamrocks — form a glitter border along the edges, fading inward. Some grains cross the sheet edge and are clipped there. Their diameters range from 0.9 to 11.8 per mille of the short edge, half of them below 1.8 — fine dust with a few coarser grains among it, no large individual pieces. The colours are dark blue, white. 1306 grains (29 per cent) are near white, every grain carries a metallic gradient, 519 have a soft halo, 243 a light cross. The tile wraps on all four sides and repeats seamlessly. Pure vector, no filters and no embedded pixels; the ground is transparent throughout.
