Seamless glitter frame of stars and bells on a transparent background

Glitter dust overlay on a transparent ground, format 2:1, 4096 × 2048 pixels, 8.4 megapixels. 1012 individual dust grains — stars, bells and masks — sit on a rectangular frame line. Some grains cross the sheet edge and are clipped there. Their diameters range from 2.8 to 14.1 per mille of the short edge, half of them below 3.4 — fine dust with a few coarser grains among it, no large individual pieces. The colours are green, teal. 235 grains (23 per cent) are near white, 30 have a soft halo, 6 a light cross. The tile wraps on all four sides and repeats seamlessly. Pure vector, no filters and no embedded pixels; the ground is transparent throughout.
