Seamless glitter band in dark blue on a transparent background

Glitter dust overlay on a transparent ground, format 16:9, 4096 × 2304 pixels, 9.4 megapixels. 3184 individual dust grains — shamrocks, rings, diamonds and confetti — form a slanted band. Some grains cross the sheet edge and are clipped there. Their diameters range from 3.4 to 42.3 per mille of the short edge, half of them below 11.7 — fine dust with a few coarser grains among it, no large individual pieces. The colours are dark blue, white. 960 grains (30 per cent) are near white, every grain carries a metallic gradient, 275 have a soft halo, 342 a light cross. The tile wraps on all four sides and repeats seamlessly. Pure vector, no filters and no embedded pixels; the ground is transparent throughout.
