Seamless glitter frame in blue and cyan on a transparent background

Glitter dust overlay on a transparent ground, format 3:2, 4096 × 2731 pixels, 11.2 megapixels. 2483 individual dust grains — stars, bunnies and shards — sit on a rectangular frame line. Some grains cross the sheet edge and are clipped there. Their diameters range from 1.2 to 10.5 per mille of the short edge, half of them below 2.5 — fine dust with a few coarser grains among it, no large individual pieces. The colours are blue, cyan. 759 grains (31 per cent) are near white, every grain carries a metallic gradient, 115 have a soft halo, 95 a light cross. The tile wraps on all four sides and repeats seamlessly. Pure vector, no filters and no embedded pixels; the ground is transparent throughout.
