Seamless glitter band of confetti in blue on a transparent background

Glitter dust overlay on a transparent ground, format 9:16, 2304 × 4096 pixels, 9.4 megapixels. 4467 individual dust grains — confetti — form a slanted band. Some grains cross the sheet edge and are clipped there. Their diameters range from 1.2 to 6.5 per mille of the short edge, half of them below 2.7 — fine dust with a few coarser grains among it, no large individual pieces. The colours are blue, cyan. 388 grains (9 per cent) are near white, every grain carries a metallic gradient, 586 have a soft halo, 285 a light cross. The tile wraps on all four sides and repeats seamlessly. Pure vector, no filters and no embedded pixels; the ground is transparent throughout.
