Seamless glitter border in cyan on a transparent background

Glitter dust overlay on a transparent ground, format 99:70, 4096 × 2896 pixels, 11.9 megapixels. 6577 individual dust grains — stars and leaves — form a glitter border along the edges, fading inward. Some grains cross the sheet edge and are clipped there. Their diameters range from 1.8 to 39.2 per mille of the short edge, half of them below 19.7 — fine dust with a few coarser grains among it, no large individual pieces. The colours are cyan, pale blue, teal, white. 2318 grains (35 per cent) are near white, every grain carries a metallic gradient, 2519 have a soft halo, 892 a light cross. The tile wraps on all four sides and repeats seamlessly. Pure vector, no filters and no embedded pixels; the ground is transparent throughout.
